Product Policy & Customer Guidelines
1. Hearing Aid Warranty
All hearing aids sold-including brands such as Signia, ReSound, and others-are covered under the respective
manufacturer's warranty. Warranty is valid only if the device is used as per brand-recommended guidelines.
It does not cover:
- Water damage
- Physical mishandling
- Receiver issues in RIC (Receiver-in-Canal) and RIE (Receiver-in-Ear) models
2. Final Billing Policy
Once billing is completed at our clinic, the transaction is considered final. We do not accommodate:
- Cancellations
- Refunds
- Product exchanges
Please ensure all product specifications, model details, and compatibility are verified before payment.
3. No Return or Exchange
Due to the customized and personal-use nature of hearing aids, returns and exchanges are strictly not
allowed for any model or brand.
4. Trial & Fitting
We encourage all clients to undergo a no-obligation hearing aid trial before purchase. Final fitting and
adjustments are done using individual audiometric reports to ensure optimal performance.
5. After-Sales Service
We provide post-purchase support such as programming, re-tuning, and basic maintenance as per brand
policies. Battery replacements and regular servicing are available at designated Priya Hearing centers only.
6. Device Care Guidelines
To ensure device longevity, customers are expected to follow all provided maintenance instructions. Damage
caused by negligence, water exposure, or improper handling will void the warranty.

During appointments or service interactions, we may collect customer information including:

We do not collect or process any payment or transaction data online.
